These terms govern the use of the DRH Kind Ltd digital platform and the preliminary engagement for modular workspace solutions. By accessing this site, you accept these terms in full. All formal project commissions are subject to separate Master Service Agreements (MSA).

02. Technical Specifications

All modular workspace designs, renders, and technical datasheets provided on this platform are for illustrative purposes. DRH Kind Ltd reserves the right to modify specifications based on site-specific engineering requirements or safety audits.

03. Client Obligations

Users are responsible for ensuring all data provided for "Technical Layout Reviews" is accurate. Unauthorized attempts to bypass system security or inject malicious scripts—as recently mitigated by our technical team—will result in immediate termination of access and legal reporting.

04. Intellectual Property

All designs, CSS frameworks (including the ottokind-core and hero-split systems), and technical documentation are the exclusive intellectual property of DRH Kind Ltd or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction for commercial use is strictly prohibited.

05. Liability Limits

DRH Kind Ltd provides this platform "as is." While we maintain rigorous security protocols, we are not liable for temporary service interruptions or external technical failures beyond our reasonable control.
